The children in Val’s and Carol’s class have been enjoying the new ‘Mud Kitchen’ in the Early Years’ Play Area. They have got saucepans, spoons, baking trays, sand, twigs leaves and of course mud! Sometimes the children have to get some water from the outside tap and carry it carefully in a bucket to add to their ‘cooking’. Be careful not to spill it on the way……!
The outdoor area is a great place to practise lots of skills, like climbing, sliding, pushing and rolling objects and ball skills. Val and Carol’s Class all love playing outside.
