Nicola and Berit’s class have been reading the story “The Tiger who came to Tea”. They enjoyed meeting the characters from the story sack and re-enacting the story with the toy characters. They enjoyed tasting the food that the tiger enjoyed for tea, especially the jam and sausage and chips! Then they made cups of tea and explored what is inside a teabag and found out what happens when you add water to the tea. Everyone was really excited to have a Tiger’s tea party with their friends from Sue’s class.
